01Information we collect

To provide its features, Orbius processes:

• Discord identifiers — server (guild), channel, role, and user IDs — needed to route commands, apply permissions, and store per-server configuration.
• Configuration data that server staff set, such as autorole and ticket settings, AutoMod rules, leveling or economy parameters, and similar module settings.
• Engagement statistics generated by optional modules — for example message counts, voice-time, invite tracking, XP/levels, or economy balances tied to a Discord user ID.
• Command usage data, such as which command was run, when, and in which server, used for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Limited message content only where a specific feature requires it to function — for example scanning messages against AutoMod/chat-filter rules, or temporarily caching a recently deleted message for .snipe. We do not log message content wholesale unless a server explicitly enables a logging module for that purpose.

We do not collect your Discord password, email address, or payment card details — authentication and any billing are handled by Discord or its payment processors, not by us directly.

02How we use this information

Information is used to:

• Operate the commands and modules a server has enabled;
• Maintain leaderboards, balances, levels, or similar persistent stats tied to the relevant module;
• Detect and mitigate abuse, raids, or violations of these Terms and Discord's own policies;
• Diagnose issues and improve reliability and performance.

03Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database providers) strictly to operate the Bot, or where disclosure is required to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Orbius, its users, or others.

04Data retention

Configuration and stats are generally retained for as long as Orbius remains in a server and the related module stays enabled. If Orbius is removed from a server, associated server-level data is scheduled for deletion within a reasonable period. Server staff can also clear specific data sets directly — for example clear-, reset-, or disable-style commands available in the relevant module (such as antinuke reset, counting resetstats, or level reset).

05Your choices & self-service controls

Where a module tracks information tied to your individual user ID, Orbius generally provides a self-service command to clear it, such as resetmymessages, resetmyinvites, resetmyvoice, or resetxp. Server administrators can disable a module entirely (for example msgtrack disable, invitetrack disable, or voicetrack disable) to stop new data from being collected for that feature. For a request we can't resolve through an existing command, contact us through the Support Server.
